As years go by, more and more people get used to quick and easy solutions such as ready to cook food so much so that when they encounter a problem that seem hard to deal with, they immediately break down and give up.  Especially these days when there is an economic crisis looming over us, more people become susceptible to anxiety and stress that when left untreated, can develop into an anxiety disorder.

There are many ways to cope with stress and anxiety such as deep breathing exercises that you can use whenever you are in a public place, for instance.  You can go to somewhere you can be alone, sit down, close your eyes and breathe in and out until you feel your anxiety is completely gone.  You can also employ distraction techniques such as focusing on your hobbies, going out with family and friends and work to help keep your mind off your stress and anxiety.  But the problem with these techniques is that they require a lot of willpower, determination and motivation for them to work for you.  Once you fed up doing them, you would just revert back to the way you were before you started using them.

The only sure fire way for you to overcome stress and anxiety is to examine the root cause of such feelings.  There may be a specific situation in your life that is causing you to feel stressed out and anxious.  Once you know the source of your anxiety and stress, check if they are real or otherwise.  If the root source is not real, then, let them go.  Else, address them in a healthy and proper manner by changing the way you see and feel about yourself, your surroundings as well as other people.  If you are able to do so, then, you would be able to live a life free from anxiety and stress.
